This Agricultural Management Consultancy is seeking a permanent full time or .8 (4 days) Human Resources generalist to support their team based on Adelaide’s CBD Fringe. This role is also offering the potential to work from home one day per week.

Your new role

Reporting to the Group People Officer who is based interstate, you will be responsible for managing and providing efficient and accurate HR advice and support to allocated business units and functions.

As this is a true generalist role, you will be responsible for supporting the internal end-to-end recruitment, training and development, performance management and maintenance of all HR files. This role is consultative and will have you advising on all HR related policies, procedures, legislation and enterprise agreements.
You will also have the opportunity to lead and support the development and implementation of key strategic people projects and initiative.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have proven effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with business partners and develop genuine relationships with stakeholders. Ideally, you will have prior experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or generalist Human Resources role; comprehensive knowledge of Fair Work Act and other relevant legislation will help you to succeed in this role.
