Six month temporary contract across recruitment and generalist human resources
Our client is seeking the support of an experienced HR Advisor with strong recruitment experience.
Reporting into the Director of People, you will be responsible for the entire generalist HR function within a team with emphasis placed on the recruitment specialism.
You will be responsible for:
- Proactive workforce planning
- Talent pipelining and proactive sourcing
- Supporting Hiring Managers with the end to end recruitment process
- Managing the offer process
- Raising employment contracts
- Coaching and developing line management with employee relations management
- Managing case investigations
- Supporting other generalist functions
This contract will commence immediately, and requires an individual that has prior experience as a generalist HR practitioner with strong recruitment experience. It would be preferred for you to possess a background from within the mining or resources sector, and it is essential that you have a working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
