Your new role

You will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions including recruitment, administration, reporting, onboarding/inducting employees and record keeping. You will be coordinating staff recruitment and providing advice and support to managers and selection panels to ensure effective decisions are made.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment and relevant experience working in a diverse Human Resources Department
• Proven ability to prioritise competing demands and stay well organised
• Able to build and maintain relationships with people at all levels
• An understanding of relevant legislation, governing employment, human resources and industrial relations
