A not for profit organisation in the community services sector, your new organisation was founded in Tasmania, but is now operating across all states and territories in Australia.
Your new role
This is a temporary opportunity for approximately 6-8 weeks, this can be full time, or part time preferably at a 0.8FTE capacity). This temp position will run whilst the client looks to fill the role in a permanent capacity.
In a temporary capacity this role will primarily focus on recruitment needs, including positing job adverts, screening candidates, interviewing candidates and onboarding new starters. The role will also include providing admin support as directed.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in the position you will need to have previous proven experience working in a similar generalist HR position, ideally with experience in facilitating end to end recruitment processes. You will have excellent communication skills, strong written skills, and the ability to pick up new computer systems quickly.
What you’ll get in return
In return you will be employed for an initial 6-8 week period on a generous casual hourly pay rate. You will have the opportunity to try the position, and if you decide apply for the ongoing opportunity.
