YOUR NEW ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work collaboratively with all parts of the organisation & external stakeholders where applicable. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Developing, coordinating & completing day-to-day HR duties
• Developing & maintaining learning and development processes for employees.
• Developing and contributing to organisational activities such as culture and performance.
• Recruitment and employee lifecycle including onboarding and inductions
• Provide advice in relations to ER and performance matters
• Review and update all relevant processes and procedures
• Oversee WHS, policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively to administer & deliver a full range of HR services

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

This is a busy and varied role and as such we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who can demonstrate the ability to work independently and autonomously across all HR functions. You will be required to use your outstanding interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to hit the ground running. You must be adaptable, capable of dealing with change and enjoying working within a team. Most importantly you must want to work with an organisation that makes an impact! The successful candidate must successfully screen with the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission Worker Screening.

WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN
