Your new role

Your new role will see you support the Business Services team in all aspects of HR at an administrative level. This will include end-to-end recruitment, training and development, policies and procedures, support of safety practices, employee relations, HR reporting, as well as assistance with travel, marketing and ICT in collaboration with the team.

What you’ll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this position, you will need experience a varied support role with a focus on internal recruitment, ideally within blue-collar industries. You’ll have a real team-focus and be enthusiastic about working in a collaborative environment – every day will be different and your willingness to get involved will see you exposed to a truly varied role.

What you’ll get in return

Operating hours are 8:30pm – 4:30pm allowing for plenty of time for work-life balance. No need for a shirt-and-tie if jeans and a t-shirt are more your thing. Opportunities for regional travel and a down-to-earth working culture with low-turnover also makes this role highly attractive. A salary of $75k – $80k + super is on offer.
