Your new role

Our client is seeking to engage a Human Resources Business Partner on a contract until March 2022. This role will see you report directly to the HR manager and provide HR support across various locations of the business. Your duties would include but not limited to;

• Advise and support recruitment processes and procedures
• Develop and implement HR practices for effective work flows
• Provide IR / ER advisory in line with legislation

What you’ll need to succeed

A bachelors’ or diploma within Human Resources or relevant discipline will lead to your success, as will:

• 3-5 years experience acting as a HR generalist or above
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes in a blue-collar environment
• Demonstrated knowledge in Australian employment legislation
• Excellent stakeholder engagement
