Our client is a growing, international business excelling in the travel and leisure industry. An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Advisor to join their team in a part-time, 2-3 days a week contract role for 6 months starting in January 2022. As the needs of the business become clearer in the new year, this rare contract has potential to turn permanent.

The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for:

• End to end recruitment
• Conducting first round interviews, reference checks and onboarding.
• Providing general HR advice and support to stakeholders
• The development and interpretation of policies and procedures
• Culture: support employee morale, conflict and dispute resolution
• Provide support to the broader administration team as required.

What you’ll need to succeed

This position would suit a HR professional who has a strong foundation of experience within an advisory capacity, has a relevant tertiary qualification and demonstrated experience in several generalist HR activities. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have:

• At least a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources in a similar role is desirable.
• The HR element of this role is stand alone and you will be expected to provide expert advice. Your advanced communication and organisation skills, and high level of accuracy will see you succeed in this role.
• Experience in recruitment is highly regarded
