Your new role
Reporting to the Manager People and Culture, the People & Culture Adviser is responsible for administering, maintaining and enhancing the organisational Human Resources function through the provision of best practice HR service delivery aimed at creating an environment that supports and promotes successful business outcomes across the organisation. The People & Culture Adviser responsibilities include:

• In consultation with the Manager People and Culture (and the P&C team), assist in the implementation of HR processes, policies, procedures, and systems
• Assist the People and Culture team in the effective and efficient administration of all HR related processes and procedures
• Provide advice, guidance, and support to all employees on all employment lifecycle matters
• Undertake recruitment and selection, and administer the on-boarding and induction of new employees including exit processes
• Administer internal communications in consultation with the People & Culture Manager
• Assist with collating and maintaining the remuneration data for external surveys and the annual salary reviews and adjustments
• Review existing policies, procedures and guidelines and make recommendations to ensure best practice standards are maintained
• Assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date HR and employee records
• Undertake HR related projects as required and participate in the planning and subsequent activity relating to any new business
• Build and maintain effective relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure organisational requirements are met
