Your new role

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Adviser will be responsible for assisting with the complete employee life-cycle, including Attraction, Recruitment, On-boarding, Development, Retention and Separation.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years in a generalist HR position
• Freight experience, desirable
• Recruitment experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including Executive level
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Proven ability to identify and introduce process improvements
