Your new role

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Providing high volume HR administration support across the employee lifecycle; from contracts of employment, employee onboarding, performance management and exit processes.
• Providing HR policy, procedure and systems advice to their client group.
• Liaising with Payroll, escalate and prioritise pay related requests among other workload and especially during pay runs.
• Provide prompt resolution to employee queries and/or direct to the appropriate team.
• Support the HR team with Administration duties.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will need the following:

• Previous HR Administration experience for medium to large organisation
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle highly confidential information and treat employee data with discretion.
• Possess good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and handle competing deadlines
• Have previous experience with Victorian Injury Management or NSW Injury Management
