Your new role
Duties will include but not limited to:

• Working collaboratively with all other Team Members to ensure quality internal and external customer service.
• Modelling, promoting and encouraging a culture that embraces the values of the organisation, a positive ‘can do’ attitude and approach in all interactions with internal managers and staff, customers and other stakeholders.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all relevant New South Wales (NSW) and Victorian (VIC) Awards, Policies, Procedures, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA) and recruitment related legislation including circulars and bulletins.
• Respond to Resourcing requests via ticketing system /PRESTO/ phone / walk-in enquiries, within the team at optimal standards as per set internal business rules.

• Provide recruitment advice to Hiring Managers with reference to best practice, policy, procedure and legislation, including the following; recruitment and onboarding processes, enterprise agreements, classifications, and grading advice
• Maintain a good working relationship with all key Hiring Managers and stakeholders
• Responsible for processing / reviewing recruitment related documentation in an efficient and timely manner and liaise with Managers to ensure completeness of the recruitment and on-boarding process in accordance with policies and business rules. Including but not limited to:
• Pre-employment checks including National Criminal Records Checks, Working with Children and/or Aged Care Checks.
• Letters of offer and changes of contracts based on Selection Panel Reports.
• Processing Recruitment requests, variations, job advertisement placement and job application management.
• Actively participate on recruitment selection panels as required.
• Work to provide an optimal first day, first week, first month orientation for all staff.
• Support managers in job design and analysis at the start of the recruitment process
• Management of Eligibility list.
• Commencement salary determinations.
• Participate in the development of the team and participate in the implementation of improved work practices.
