Your new company

Our client is one of Australia’s leading airline caterers. They have a head office based out of the Central Gold Coast and service all of Australia. A new opportunity has arisen for a HR Admin to join their team as soon as possible on a temporary basis to provide support during a very busy period.

Your new role

This busy role will see you responsible for:

• Reporting into the People & Culture Manager
• Provide support to the recruitment function including onboarding and inductions
• Being the first point of contact for any HR related queries
• Reporting and administrative tasks for the HR team and assisting payroll
• Preparing and amending HR documents
• Organising and maintaining employee records
• Assisting the team with reception tasks as required

What you’ll need to succeed

To be considered you will demonstrate the following:

• A drive to progress your career in the Human Resources space within a nation-wide business
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Recent HR Administration experience and/or tertiary qualifications (desirable)
• Someone studying HR is not essential but highly regarded
• You must be professional, approachable, have excellent communication skills and time management details with attention to detail
• Understanding of HR related legislation and regulations
