Your new role

Reporting into the Cluster Finance Head the key focus areas of this important role are

• Management of 1 direct report
• Enable Business Support & Business Partnering
• Lead & Drive Analytics
• Latest Estimates, Financials Closure & Audit
• Internal Controls and Compliance
• Funds management and timely payment to vendors and employees.
• Working on process improvements and automations
• Transfer Pricing Regulations
• Profit improvement initiates

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong background in accounting, tax and business partnering/commercial analysis
• CA (India) plus CA in Australia preferable
• 12 – 15 years of experience
• Experience in Pharma or FMCG preferable
• Hands on role experience (only 1 direct report)
• Good team player and staff manager/mentor
