Graduate Accountant, 9 month FTC, paying $62k + Super
Your new company
This well- known Property company, located in the CBD, requires the services of a Graduate Accountant for a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be trained up to look after the following duties, and assist from time to time other areas of the business.
Your new role
Your duties will include;
- Periodic head lease reconciliations of recurring charges against account statements received from landlords
- Monthly verification of payments to landlords against documentation submitted
- Annual Outgoing reconciliations – both head and tenant reconciliations
- Daily receipting
- Arrears reporting
- Rent Roll Reconciliations
What you’ll need to succeed
This role is part of a small and busy team, so the successful candidate will require;
- A Degree in Accounting, and possibly some form of accounting experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to think of your feet
- High attention to detail and integrity
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Self-learner with high aptitude for problem solving
What you’ll get in return
This role is paying $62K + Super + other benefits (prorated)
