Your new role

As the FP&A Manager you will be leading a high performing team responsible for the financial planning and analysis function of the organisation.

Your responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Responsible for the management reporting across the various business units and committees,
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process ensuring delivery of accurate financial information,
• Engage and drive discussions with business stakeholders to consider the risks and opportunities for the business,
• Support the wider finance team to ensure compliance with company accounting policies and regulatory reporting,
• Ensure a high performing culture through mentorship and development of staff to maximise contribution and potential.

What you’ll need to succeed

• You will be CA/CPA qualified or equivalent,
• Previous experience in a similar position with a background in Banking or Financial services highly advantageous,
• An experienced and trusted business partner able to influence and drive change,
• Experience in managing a high performing team,
• Advanced excel skills with knowledge on SAP/Oracle, SQL and TM1 desired.
