Your new role

This role is available for an experienced Finance / Management Accountant who flourishes in a ‘hands on’ environment with varied tasks. You’ll be responsible for managing the financial integrity of financial functions of the organisation including the preparation of monthly journals, reconciliations, reports, and variance analysis, cashflow reporting and assisting in the preparation of tax returns, budget and year end statutory accounts.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Appropriate qualifications in accounting and financial management (CA/CPA desirable)
• Strong numeracy skills and analytical ability
• Demonstrated management and financial accounting skills
• Experience within the Education sector or school (desirable)
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel in particular
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to successfully communicate and liaise with people and groups at all levels, whether internal and external to the School
