Your new company is a global software country with offices all around Asia and Europe, you will be joining the Melbourne office which is also the head office in Australia. This company was established in 19883 and is a leader in their industry for HR & Payroll solutions. Your new team will consist of 80 members across Australia with 4 in the finance team in Melbourne.

Your new role
The main function of this role will be Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
Your new role will consist of the following but not limited to:

• Full Accounts Receivable functions
• Debt collection
• GL postings and reconciliations
• Monthly Statements
• Contract invoicing and database maintenance
• Bank reconciliation
• Forecasting
• Supporting other members of the team

What you’ll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will need previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, GL and Reconciliations as well as advanced skills in excel and accounting systems. You will need a degree in Accounting as well as working towards a qualification in CPA/CA or looking to start your qualification soon. Excellent interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills will see you succeed in this role.
