Your new role

As ECT & Education Leader you will work collaboratively with the Centre Director, spending time in the office 5 days per week. Your responsibilities include researching and developing the curriculum and new initiatives, delivering professional development, observing in each class room and mentoring Educators on identified areas for development/ challenges.

As Education leader you will not work as part of the ratio in one classroom. This is an off the floor role, although you will spend time observing and role modelling best practice and occasionally covering breaks/ annual leave etc.

What you’ll need to succeed

• An ECT Qualification
• WWCC/ First Aid
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF & NQF
• Confident leadership and communication skills
• A passion for high quality Early Education & Care
