HAYS Hiring for Customer Support Officer (Live Chat) Full Time

Hays is seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional to join the team as a Customer Finance Support Consultant with a focus on live chat. This role is responsible for providing premium customer support in relation to the local automotive customer support and customer inbound and outbound contact for finance applications submitted online. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and a strong base of credit operations and process flow knowledge.

Your Role:

• Drive customer orientation in the Customer Interaction Services area via omni-channel including but not limited to voice, email, live chat, and SMS.
• Responsible for handling customer requests for refinance quotes, contract term extensions, and addressing customer complaints at the first point of contact.
• Follow up with existing customers through effective use of communication channels.
• Utilize all communication channels to manage customer relationships and achieve set KPI’s (phone, fax, email, or mail)
• Maintain Allianz accreditation to enable the ability to quote and sell insurance products.

What you’ll need

• Strong customer service experience.
• Relative base credit operations and process flow knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive and professional demeanour.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in live chat customer support.
