Your new role

This opportunity as an Assistant Accountant will see you supporting the Finance Manager and Finance Business Partner in implementing new system mainly MYOB Advanced ERP and preparation of month-end processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation tasks, research, preparation and testing of data conversions
• Creating report templates using Crystal Report writer
• Financial reports, compliance and audit
• Documenting financial policies and procedures

What you’ll need to succeed

• Completed or studying towards CA or CPA qualifications
• Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent numeracy and prioritisation skills
• Strong computer literacy and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
