This small agency is responsible for handling complaints and conducting investigations across the Australian Federal Government as well as some private sector organisations.

Your new role

As an integral member of the growing HR team, you will be required to provide support in the following areas:

• Liaising with agencies to manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Training and development
• Induction of new starters
• Complaints handling
• Dealing with internal stakeholders and managing any queries and issues management
• HR related matters that may arise

In this role you will have the chance to use your strong HR expertise, highly-developed organisation skills and strategic oversight to support the broader team. No task will be too big or too small for you, you will enjoy working across a broad range of functions and responsibilities.

What you’ll need to succeed

A diverse generalist role, you will use your strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and solid understanding of best practice HR to help deliver a range of services to internal stakeholders.

Being organised and exceptional time management skills will be a key strength. You will have the ability to move between tasks swiftly and reactively. Your attention to detail and well-developed interpersonal skills will be paramount to your success within the role. An ability to work effectively under pressure will be invaluable. You will be part of a supportive, hardworking team that works together to get the job done.

A Cert IV in Training or background in adult learning is highly desirable. You must be an Australian citizen to apply for this role.
