Your new role
The HR Advisor is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should have a sound understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills. The HR Advisor improves HR initiatives, enhance staff morale, enhance relations between staff and employers, contribute to business goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented recruits.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in across a broad range of HR functions particularly in Recruitment. You will be able to tailor your communication style and approach to a range of audiences.
