Role Title: Administrator

Pay: $30-35 plus Super hourly
Location: Jesmond/Newcastle
Days: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm, flexible with days/hours

This organisation is responsible for facilities management, cleaning, security and sustainability services. They are the one of the largest integrated facilities services provider throughout Australia and New Zealand. This organisation partners with many industries, including the education sector.

Your new role

You will be assisting facilities team in a project relating to a local educator. The project includes updating data in Maximo. You will be responsible for adjusting work orders in Maximo, data management and general administration.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong administration background
• Previous experience with Maximo or a similar Work Order management program (desirable)
• Tech savvy, able to quickly pick up new programs
• Knowledge or MS Office – specifically Excel
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently and take initiative.
