Your new company

A local NDIS provider in Townsville requires an Accounts Receivable Clerk to spearhead their accounting support processes. Your new company is rapidly expanding and operates across multiple locations around Australia.

Your new role

Your role as an Accounts Receivable Clerk will operate autonomously and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Processing claims within the NDIS portal in line with NDIS guidelines
• Maintaining compliant data entry and payment processes
• Debt collection of overdue participant accounts
• Resolving payment discrepancies
• Establishing and maintaining working relationships with NDIS participants and clients

What you’ll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role in accounts receivable will lead to your successful application, as will:

• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office suite
• Efficient data entry skills
• An empathetic approach to customer service
• Experience working within the NDIS sector and/or disability support is advantageous, however not essential
