Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to start immediately. Your duties will heavily be processing invoices into SAP. This is a 3 months placement with a view to extend.
Only WA-based applicants will be considered,
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering and uploading invoices into SAP
- Sorting, coding, and matching invoices to PO
- Making sure data discrepancies are identified
- Setting up invoices for payments
- Reconciling A/P transactions
- Responding to queries
- Other admin ad-hoc tasks
What you’ll need to succeed
- Ability to work under pressure
- High attention to details
- Strong time management skills
- SAP proficiency is preferred but not essential
