Your new company

Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to start immediately. Your duties will heavily be processing invoices into SAP. This is a 3 months placement with a view to extend.

Only WA-based applicants will be considered,

Your new role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering and uploading invoices into SAP
  • Sorting, coding, and matching invoices to PO
  • Making sure data discrepancies are identified
  • Setting up invoices for payments
  • Reconciling A/P transactions
  • Responding to queries
  • Other admin ad-hoc tasks

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High attention to details
  • Strong time management skills
  • SAP proficiency is preferred but not essential
