A growing company within the mining sector is looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Officer to help with their team. This is a one-day role and you will be working alongside a small and friendly Finance team!

You will need to be based in WA to be considered for the role.

Your new role


Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing invoices into ERP system
• Collating and matching all invoices and purchase orders
• Reconciling supplier statements and requesting missing invoices
• Processing payments of approved invoices
• Completing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Other ad-hoc tasks

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous AP experience
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
