Your responsibilities will include:
- Clearing backlogs of invoices
- Reconciliations
- Answering to accounts related queries
- Data entry of invoices
- Filing and documentation
- Other tasks required by the manager
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous administration experience
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work in a tight deadline
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
