You will be joining a State Government Department who provides services focusing on effective service and value for money. This position will be working with the HR advisory services, which covers a range of HR, payroll, workforce and support.
Your new role
As the Recruitment Officer you will be responsible for supervising and assisting a team responsible for delivering, monitoring and providing advice on the end-to-end Recruitment process.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have previous workforce, recruitment or human resources experience, ideally across the public sector. Working as a team leader, you will need to contribute to work plans and team goals, focus on continuous improvement and review task and team performance. You will also display strong stakeholder management abilities and have ability to remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining personal accountability.
What you’ll get in return
On offer is a fixed term contract for three months with the possibility to extend at an attractive salary. Due to COVID-19 and the ever-changing environment, there may be the requirement to work from home for periods of this engagement.
