Based centrally on the Gold Coast, our client operates in the entertainment and events industry. A new opportunity has arisen for an internal recruiter to join their established HR team as soon as possible on a 6-month basis to help with a very busy period of growth.

Your new role

This is an exciting role as there is a part-time need and would fit well with any recruiters who are after an exciting role centrally on the Gold Coast and are looking for a great work/life balance.

This busy role will see you responsible for:

• Reporting into the HR team
• Handling the full end to end recruitment process
• Completing phone screenings, organising face to face interviews, following up hiring managers, making offers and assisting with onboarding
• Recruiting for casual roles
• Assisting the wider team as required

What you’ll need to succeed

To be considered you will demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in recruitment managing the end-to-end process
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to commit to a part-time role for approximately 6 months (potential for ongoing)
