Who You Are

The Talent Sourcing Specialist is key to the overall success of our top 100 firm. You will work closely with the hiring teams and our Director of Talent Acquisition to source talent that fulfills our firm’s needs. As you seek to become a subject matter expert in what motivates and drives experts in accounting, you will leverage that knowledge to fulfill openings both remote and onsite/hybrid talent.  This position requires a steady, accurate, analytical worker who finds fulfillment in a job well done. Required Experience, Skills, and Responsibilities

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting / sourcing or similar position
• Provide insight to sourcing strategies, develop candidate pipelines, resume review, and candidate pre-screening
• Subject matter expert in talent sourcing strategies to maintain and build solid pipelines of candidates of all different levels
• Experience using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, and other creative strategies to identify passive and active candidates
• Craft and send recruitment emails and other type of campaigns to help drive talent to Haynie
• Maintaining posting on job boards, and intake sessions with hiring managers for new roles.
• Ability to work directly with internal stakeholders with university recruiting efforts, to set up recruiting events for student recruits (Experience using ‘Handshake’ is a plus)
• Experience coordinating, scheduling, and conducting interviews
• Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and effectively multi-task in a high stress environment
• Team-player mentality, who can work collaboratively and can wear many hats.
• Experience using ‘Eddy’ ATS software is a plus
• Proficiency in computer applications like Microsoft office, LinkedIn, and other recruiting related software.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
