Haynes are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our Mackay Team. This fulltime role will provide direct support to our most valued clients, recruiting and onboarding high calibre candidates to various roles within the Mackay Region.

About You:

• Demonstrated blue collar recruitment experience in the mining sector
• Ability to work in a high paced, high volume environment
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, coupled with problem solving abilities

Responsibilities in this position include:

• Ability to screen and identify high calibre candidates
• End to end recruitment of Candidates
• Coordinate on-boarding of new starters including pre-employment medical bookings, induction bookings, accommodation etc

• Conduct thorough reference checks
