Objective:

The Bookkeeper will oversee the financials for the day of show operations, production and ticket sales, as well as hiring and payroll for the Hayden Homes Amphitheater.

Job Description

• Record financial transactions
• Update and maintain financial records
• Manage accounts using QuickBooks
• Track income and expenditures
• Compile financial reports
• Manage onboarding of new employees
• Oversee payroll for seasonal employees, using our third-party payroll company

Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Detail oriented
• Ability to communicate complex data in a clear way
• Exceptional organization skills
• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Excellent data entry skills
• Payroll experience
• Reconciliation of Inventory management

Office Support / Additional Details:

The Amphitheater and Old Mill District Management Office are one in the same. All team members answer the phone, greet guests and tenants, and provide customer service.

We work in an open office with 12+ people and the occasional dog companion. Concert season is busy and we thrive on a positive, outgoing approach to work and life. This position is not expected to work at the concerts and events at the venue.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
