Now hiring Warehouse Manager for Third Shift!

• Manages approximately 2 to 4 direct supervisors and indirectly warehouse employees
• Manages the recruitment and selection of production warehouse positions by working with the HR department and recruiter.
• Oversees the warehouse supervisory personnel regarding performance reviews, employee disciplinary coaching actions, and compliance with company policies and written procedures.
• Performs regular 1:1s with direct s, sets goals and KPIs, holding team accountable for results and efficiencies.
• Oversees the warehouse personnel in the performance and training of safe workplace practices in compliance with department worksite safety programs.
• Ensures Voice-Pick, VIP software programs and equipment are performing properly to complete production
• Helps ensures the accuracy of all inventories by reviewing that inventory management procedures are being met and followed correctly.
• Oversees the Department’s time and attendance compliance including working with supervisory personnel in the identification of non-compliant patterns and behavior and using established corrective action processes.
• Oversee and monitor performance improvements for warehouse associates while under disciplinary action.
• Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships.
• Conducts periodic training for department employees on topics such as new policies, changes in safety rules or operational processes, etc.
• Oversight of completion and accuracy of appropriate paperwork, invoices, and s.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary to ensure the production operations are effective. Duties are subject to change at the discretion of the Company, to accommodate the changes and needs of the industry and our customers.
• Ensures Company standards and operations are satisfied.
• Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
• Monday through Friday 10:00pm to 6:30am schedule with flexibility between the three warehouse shifts.

Job Qualifications:

• Pre-employment Background Check and 4-panel drug test
• Able to lift/push/pull/carry cases of beverage weighing 20-50 lbs consistently throughout your shift
