Finance Officer – Rates and Revenue

The Role
Reporting to Council’s Senior Rates Officer, this role is responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to Council’s Rates and Revenue section. The successful candidates will assist in providing a customer focused service to both internal and external customers by ensuring that rates and revenue routine accounting and administrative tasks are undertaken in an accurate and timely manner.
About You
Successful applicants must have excellent demonstrated computer, administrative and customer service skills in a financial environment. Applicants must also be results oriented individuals with an inquisitive attitude and a strong desire to continuously improve processes where applicable.
