Hawk Ridge Systems has provided 3D design, analysis, and manufacturing solutions to our valued customers for over 25 years. Our experienced team members provide sales, training, services, and technical support for SOLIDWORKS 3D design solutions, CAMWorks manufacturing software, as well as 3D printers from Markforged and HP. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will report to the Recruiting Manager and will work closely with the recruiting and human resources teams and hiring managers to fill all positions in a timely fashion. This is a full cycle recruiting position, as you will manage the entire candidate experience from recruitment through hiring, (sourcing qualified candidates via passive recruiting, screening and interviewing active candidates, maintaining the database and recruiting dashboard, and dispositioning candidates), as well as providing support to hiring managers. Ideal candidates will have a true passion for recruiting technical positions (such as Software Developers).
