Hawk Ridge Systems has provided 3D design, analysis, and manufacturing solutions to our valued customers for over 25 years. Our experienced team members provide sales, training, services, and technical support for SOLIDWORKS 3D design solutions, CAMWorks manufacturing software, as well as 3D printers from Markforged and HP. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will report to the Recruiting Manager and will work closely with the recruiting and human resources teams and hiring managers to fill all positions in a timely fashion. This is a full cycle recruiting position, as you will manage the entire candidate experience from recruitment through hiring, (sourcing qualified candidates via passive recruiting, screening and interviewing active candidates, maintaining the database and recruiting dashboard, and dispositioning candidates), as well as providing support to hiring managers. Ideal candidates will have a true passion for recruiting technical positions (such as Software Developers).

WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST ROLE?

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience (including a minimum of 1 year of technical recruiting at a search firm or corporation)
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management or administration, or equivalent business experience
• Ability to attract a diverse set of candidates, manage multiple high priority searches simultaneously, set appropriate expectations with Hiring Managers, and “sell” our Company and the position in an ever-challenging candidates’ market
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn
• Knowledgeable of best practices in recruiting and significant experience utilizing creative resources and techniques to source candidates
• Autonomous, high-energy, self-driven, phenomenal communicator with exceptional attention to detail, as well as outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Flexible, adaptable, assertive, and persuasive (without being aggressive), as well as the ability to multitask, analyze, and prioritize responsibilities
• Possesses an outgoing, friendly personality, an excellent work ethic, a “whatever it takes” positive, solution-oriented attitude, and a passion for achieving or exceeding all recruiting goals
• Must have the confidence and drive to deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  Must be able to work 8am – 5pm Pacific Time Zone (Monday through Friday)
