In this extremely creative, impactful, and highly visible role, you’ll develop and execute the content strategy to personify and amplify the Hawk Ridge Systems portfolio of brands. You’ll be responsible for building upon our Company’s successful brand strategy and bringing it to life through creative storytelling, content, collateral, experiences, and campaigns! You’ll have a huge platform to shape the voice and creative expression of these brands while executing your content marketing strategy throughout the entire brand and customer experience. ing to the Senior Vice-President of Marketing, you’ll enjoy collaborating with other company leaders on the Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Product teams to drive consideration and conversion, evolving our website and creative storytelling across channels.
The primary responsibilities for the Content Marketing Director include managing a team of content marketers and creatives working to acquire new customers, drive expansion with our install base and improve our web UX to increase engagement and ecommerce. This leader will guide and support the Creative Team as we conceive, execute, and measure our multi-channel content marketing strategy. This will include strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, resource planning, prioritization, standard-setting, and brand stewardship.

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the new hire pay range for this role is between $88,110 and $122,400. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position up to mid-range (dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
