JOB FUNCTION:
Leads the full recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition for all management, bargaining unit and hard to fill roles. Partners in developing annual recruitment plans that are diverse and align to EEO/AAP hiring goals, sourcing, marketing, recruitment workflow tactics and contingency factors based on client drivers and business conditions. Works with HR Business Partners and their clients ensuring quality of hires through an understanding of the line of business, competencies and skills required for the roles, and employment law. Applies recruitment expertise to assess and overcome hiring challenges and seek continuous efficiency gains with SAP SuccessFactors tools.

Location: Ali’i Place – Hawaii (Qualified candidates located on Oahu, Maui or Hawai’i Island may be considered for this position).
Hiring Range: The hiring range for the Talent Acquisition Partner [Req ID 8342] position is $75,000.00 to $95,700.00. The person selected will be placed according to his/her skills and qualifications.
