POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle recruiting; sourcing, screening, interviewing, consulting with department leaders, extending job offers and onboarding new hires. Additionally, the Recruiter assists with the development, implementation, administration, training, tracking and communication of all human resources policies and programs including employment, employee records, and benefits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates degree with at least five – ten years of Human Resources experience or bachelor’s degree required.
• One year of experience with the full cycle of recruiting and on-boarding new hire employees required. Healthcare setting/experience strongly preferred.
• Three – five years of Human Resources and/or prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are required. Must possess superb problem solving and multi-tasking skills with effectively communicate skills, both verbal and in writing.
• Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Excellent computer skills required. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
