SALARY: £23,463 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a busy and varied administration role supporting our Park

People Administrator with a range of HR, Recruitment, Training and Payroll

activities, with a particular focus on team culture and wellbeing.

• Support our Heads of Department with the end to end recruitment activity & onboarding.
• Supporting a robust payroll process, alongside the delivery of key learning and development activities.
• Support Managers with the leavers process ensuring the termination of team and leavers process is followed correctly.
• Supporting with a bespoke reward, recognition, and engagement plan for our park teams.
• In the absence of the people administrator delivery of all the people administrator tasks and workload.
• Carry out internal audits of departmental daily, weekly and monthly checks.
• Ensure accurate records are kept relating to internal and external safety & compliance
• Support departmental teams in ensuring required risk assessments are in place, are effective, and are updated as required.

WORKING HOURS : 45 hours per week over 5 days. We operate

7 days a week, therefore flexibility to work weekends during our peak period is

essential.

What We Would Like You To

Bring

A genuine passion for ‘People’

is essential to be successful in this role. You will be a natural communicator, with an

interest in either Training, Recruitment or HR functions. This is a diverse position

therefore you will have a flexible approach to workload. However, full training

and support will be offered, therefore previous working experience within HR,

Recruitment or Training is not necessary.

• Must be highly competent (and confident) in computer and IT systems
• Evidence of previous administrative roles
• Able to present information confidently at all levels
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• A desire and willingness to work towards a Level 3 CIPD or relevant apprenticeship (Fully funded)
