Job Description: Customer Service, Receptionist
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to fill a mixed position that combines customer service and receptionist duties. You would assist our office team in a variety of administrative tasks from answering phones, helping file paperwork, various computer related tasks, and other office items. You would also assist our customers needing to ask questions in regards to any inquiry. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively. As the first point of contact for our customers and clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
· Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
· Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
· Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
· Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction via various communication channels (phone, email, chat) in a prompt and professional manner.
· Assist customers with service and product information, order status updates, and general support.
· Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and policies to effectively address customer needs.
· Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues when necessary.
· Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and promote relevant products and services.
· Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and drive sales.
· Provide product recommendations and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
· Prepare and send sales quotes, proposals, and follow up on leads.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
· Proven experience in customer service, receptionist, and/or inside sales roles is preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
· Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and standard office tools.
· Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
