Havas Lynx Group Hiring for Talent Acquisition Advisor Job at Manchester, England Full Time

The role of Talent Acquisition Advisor will see you work join our established Talent Acquisition Team working across the Havas Lynx Group in Manchester and London. You will provide support in recruiting roles across a range of disciplines, including Strategy, Creative, Digital and Client Services.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll carry out a full 360-degree recruitment role, from taking initial briefs from hiring managers to sourcing, engaging, and manging candidates through the process.

What you’ll be doing:

• Attracting and engaging the best relevant talent in the market using direct methods such as LinkedIn, advertising, networking, and our internal database, amongst others
• Capturing the attention of passive candidates to consider what we can offer them in a competitive market
• Thoroughly evaluating candidates, asking probing questions to determine their suitability
• Using your in-depth knowledge of the role requirements to seek out “less obvious” candidates in the market
• Managing candidates and hiring mangers through the interview process, from initial contact to offer
• Creating engaging social media posts with tailored messaging
• Championing and raising the profile of the Talent Acquisition team
• Supporting on the delivery of strategic projects

Who we’re looking for:

• An experienced recruiter who has a clear understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle – previous experience of recruiting in our industry would be great, but isn’t a must
• Someone who can build and maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders
• A clear understanding of the MS Office suite
