Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Perth, working as part of our internal Talent Acquisition team, within the broader Human Resources team in our Australia – Asia region on a twelve-month contract.

You bring to the role:
Significant recruiting or HR experience, ideally with experience in project engineering or consulting. Experience with full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing experience and delivering talent pipelines.
You have an ability to motivate others – demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach with a high level of passion and initiative. You are client-focused and value high-quality customer service. You possess strong influencing skills and demonstrate reliability and accountability. You are comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment where adaptability and the ability to handle ambiguity are key. Your excellent communication skills and ability to establish strong relationships, while using your business acumen to understand key business drivers and respond accordingly will be key to your success in this role.
