Role Overview

Responsibilities

As our Community & Communication Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of building and nurturing our community while effectively communicating Trampoline’s mission to the world. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

Community

• Event Design and Execution: Conceptualise and deliver standout events that bring together founders, investors, co-investors, and industry experts, fostering collaboration and community spirit.
• Onboarding Process: Evolve and streamline our communication in our onboarding process for new members, ensuring clear and concise communication to enhance their experience.
• Network Building: Forge and deepen relationships within the tech and startup ecosystem, positioning Trampoline as a trusted partner and key player.

Communication

• Content Creation: Craft engaging and impactful content for various channels, including LinkedIn and newsletters, catering to our diverse audience.
• Deal Communications: Articulate our portfolio companies in a fair yet compelling manner to attract investment and support.
• Brand Amplification: Elevate our digital presence across platforms, ensuring consistency and creativity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience
• Proven experience in community management, communications, or related roles.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
• Experience thriving in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Capable of working independently.
• Strong work ethic and genuine passion for startups.

Specifics

• Pro rata salary of $50k-$70k
• 2.5 days a week (to begin) with largely flexible hours
• Work from home
