Hello There!

We are looking for a part time bookkeeper, flexible hours, to work in interior design office in West Hollywood. This is a happy, positive environment, and we’re looking for someone who will add to our wonderful, small but growing team. Hours are flexible, Monday through Friday, about three days a week, three hours a day, more or less as necessary.

Duties include: accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, tracking expenses etc.

Quickbooks and Excel proficient. Must have experience. Pay range based on experience.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Covid safe office. Must be vaccinated and follow Covid protocols as necessary. We don’t come in sick. Masks are not worn on a daily basis unless there is a reason due to high community spread or possible exposure.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Los Angeles, CA 90046: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required)
