The Role
As a Junior Test Analyst you will join our Digital and Change team and help contribute towards the successful delivery of high quality software changes across our systems and platforms.
This could be an ideal role for a Technology Graduate looking for a career in Software Testing.
We can be flexible on location (within the UK) as this role offers remote working opportunities, however we would expect the successful candidate to commute to one of our offices (either Bexhill or Leicester) as required.
How you will make a difference

Support the design and execution of both manual and automation testing scenarios

Contribute to the analysis of test results and timely raising of defects

Continue to build your knowledge about systems, processes, tools and testing methodologies

Conformance to agreed process standards and industry specific regulations

Participation in team retrospectives to support continuous improvement

Supporting the delivery of test results to agreed timelines
-
Understanding of risk and issues including mitigation
-
Learning new tools and processes
-
Understanding and application of test automation
-
Actively participate in the Testing Community of Practice
