About the role:
To manage the graduate and seasonal clerk programs and provide national support and assistance to the talent acquisition function including lateral talent acquisition.
To partner closely with hiring managers to understand their business and resourcing needs and support their hiring efforts through an end-to-end recruitment model. To collaborate and utilise traditional sourcing channels with innovative and proactive approaches to finding and attracting talent.
To influence key internal and external stakeholders to ensure a focused, consistent and coordinated approach to recruitment in accordance with firm and practice group strategies and objectives.

Graduate and Seasonal Clerk Programs
- Lead the graduate and seasonal clerk programs and associated processes
- Adhere to employment regulations, awards and law society regulations
- Manage and continually improve the graduate talent acquisition program covering clerkship recruitment, clerkship activities (including end of cycle assessments), transition to graduate, onboarding, and transition to permanent roles
- Coordinate the graduate mentoring program
- Manage marketing material and collateral: ensure marketing material is current to
promote Lander & Rogers and to attract the best possible graduates - Engage with external educational institutions and the various law societies
- Attend on-campus. careers fairs
- Coordinate the recruitment panel(s), timeline and events, room bookings and interview scheduling
- Administer and coordinate applications, shortlisting, offer and rotation placement processes
- Collate interviewer feedback and tracking spreadsheets
- Prepare and facilitate panel and induction presentations and meetings
- Organise graduate and seasonal clerk functions and events
- Prepare end of process reporting for each program
- Work within budget
Experience
- Experience in a relevant graduate focused role
- Internal recruitment experience preferred
- Experience working in a professional services environment (preferably in the legal sector)
