Responsibilities :

OperationsSpecialist to support Product Liability Ops team’s growing need of inventorymanagement and logistics of products and manage refund / exchange process as wellas parts retrieval process.

We’re looking for a candidate with an eye fordetail, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to handle a system withnumerous moving parts.

This often high-pressure position will requirecandidates to perform at the apex of their abilities. Our goals are to make ourprocesses as efficient as possible, maintain good relationships with suppliers,distributors, and vendors, and keep our customers happy.

Education :

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree (required)
• Korean / English fluency (preferred)

Top must have skills : (bilingual English / Korean)

• Logistics experience (preferred)
• Written / Verbal Communication skills
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel
