The Landscape Account Manager will play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing the maintenance of landscaping projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage daily landscape projects and maintenance to ensure they are performed within proposed budget and hours.
• Conduct client meetings and site walk-throughs.
• Develop proposals and execute awarded proposals.
• Ensure quality control and client satisfaction.
• Responsible for cost control in the areas of labor, equipment, material and supplies.
• A broad knowledge of general landscaping maintenance including irrigation controller programming, plants, tools, safety, and equipment
• Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients
• Work closely with all field employees to train and grow them individually and as a team.
• Maintain safe work practices, hold weekly Tailgate Safety Meetings, all incidents and accidents to management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in landscape management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google and landscape design software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
