What you’ll be doing::
Develop high-quality software solutions by studying current user needs, business requirements, and technical processes
Maintain a commitment to a user-first approach
Develop and maintain a high degree of technical proficiency across the range of technologies and foster a commitment to teaching
Continue to stay abreast of the latest development tools, programming techniques and best practices
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures
Stay involved in, and represent the company with industry groups
Be actively involved in recruiting and the coaching of new hires
Maintain an awareness of industry security posture; work to help develop security practices by identifying weaknesses, maintaining knowledge
Who we’re looking for::
5+ years of development experience, working with a range of web technologies
A strong understanding of principles of web development; HTML, CSS, web JS
Background with Vue, GraphQL, MongoDB, and/or Node is considered a strong asset
Familiarity with AWS and cloud-native architectures is considered a strong asset
Ability to write clear and concise code, with appropriate documentation, and to write unit tests as needed
A product mindset with the ability to maintain awareness of development roadmap, and contribute to a team understanding of product goals
Experience recruiting, hiring, and managing a team
Experience with Figma/Photoshop/Sketch and UI/UX experience is a plus
